I had a fabulous stay at Salwood Heritage. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were prompt in addressing any issues I had with the room and provided helpful suggestions for lesser-known trips in Nepal. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had the best WIFI I encountered during my trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, cozy rooms, sunny terrasse, walking distance to Thamel. Fresh linens, tea and kettle in every room. Owner with an understanding of multiple cultures. Fun cultural activities and trustworthy travel agency.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the bustling Thamel area and yet peaceful enough to get some rest. Our room was cozy and had a mix of traditional and modern styles, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was welcoming. We appreciated the provided tea and kettle in our room.

There was some noise from the construction nearby during the day.

We had an amazing stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. Furthermore, the location just outside the main area was perfect - it was quiet but still close to everything. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations.

During my stay over Xmas, I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to the bustling tourist center and within walking distance of popular sights and activities. The hotel staff offered exceptional customer service, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the cozy and bright rooms with a sunny terrace, which provided a perfect space to relax and take in the vibrant city atmosphere.

The location could be a bit noisy due to constant traffic, and the lack of netted window panes increased the risk of mosquitoes getting in. I would have appreciated the inclusion of air conditioning given the price tag of the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and provided a nice cup of tea upon arrival. the bed was fresh and clean, making for a comfortable night's sleep. the location was great, not too far from key attractions and at a decent price point.

The lack of air conditioning and fridge may be an issue for some, especially if staying for an extended period of time. there was a leak in the connection between the toilet and the wall, but it didn't affect my short stay.
